Farm produce technology Ltd (FPT) has its registered office in Nairobi Kenya. Our core business is to provide training and consultancy services in food safety systems required in growing and processing agricultural crops particularly fresh fruits and vegetables destined for both local and the export market.

FPT is now entrenched into the horticultural fresh produce sub-sector in Kenya and majority of the English speaking African countries.

Our rigorous approach to trainer selection has enabled us to develop a strong reputation for competency and integrity together with practical experience and knowledge.

All our trainers and consultants are qualified food safety specialists with lots of practical experience (close to 20 years) having worked before in senior positions with leading fresh produce export companies in Kenya.

We clearly understand that the implementation of modern Management Systems and technical issues demands both specialist knowledge and a disciplined approach.

Farm Produce Technology Ltd (FPT) is a member of COLEACP (Europe- Africa – Caribbean -Pacific Liaison Committee), an inter-professional association created in 1980.
Locally, FPT is a valid trainer registered with the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA). This means that participants from NITA registered companies in Kenya can apply for refunds (from NITA) as per the laid down procedures.
